Odyssey Advisors, Inc. is an independent management consulting firm with a concentration on employee benefit programs. Since our inception in 1998 as Primoris, our mission has been to provide practical solutions to the middle-market plan sponsor.

The firm’s core value to provide efficient, personalized and accessible service has allowed us to continue to grow such that we currently serve clients in 37 states across the United States as well as internationally in Europe, South America & Australia. We are headquartered in Colchester, CT and in 2013 we opened an office in Las Vegas, NV to better serve our West Coast clients.

Odyssey is one of the leading GASB 74/75 and OPEB consultants on the East Coast providing such services to over 500 unique municipal clients and that figure continues to grow. Our clients range in size from one employee to over 2,000 employees. While there is a New England focus to our client base, we have clients spread throughout the United States. Additionally, we work with many private & public sector entities in the valuation, funding & design of their pension programs. Our vast number of clients allows us to provide a wealth of quality references regarding our pricing, stability, service and professionalism.

Company History

The company was founded in 1998 by Parker Elmore as Primoris Benefit Advisors to bring the management consulting expertise and solutions available to larger clients and plans to the small and middle market businesses across the US. Over the years, the geographic reach of our customers have extended across the USA to Europe, South America and Australia. Starting with a primary focus on Defined Benefit pension plans, the company has seen significant growth in Other Postemployment Benefit Plans ("OPEB") as well as Defined Contribution plans such as 401(k) and 403(b) Plans.
