Schwab Retirement Plan Services, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Charles Schwab Corporation. Schwab Retirement Plan Services provides recordkeeping, administration, participant education and communication, plan design, consulting, actuarial services, and compliance testing for a total of over 900 defined contribution, defined benefit, and nonqualified retirement plans.
