One of the most critical business units at Ohio National is the Product Development area. In this highly competitive marketplace, Ohio National is known as a product leader, and our corporate Vision Statement speaks to our objective to be “recognized within the financial services industry as a substantive and innovative leader, and to be respected as a powerful competitor.” One of the foremost responsibilities of our Product Development department is to price and design competitive products which are highly valued by our policyholders and distributors.
Within the Product Development department, the BOLI division has expanded into a team of associates that supports our dramatically increasing BOLI sales and in-force block of business. We manage the unique business requirements and distribution systems that support this line of business along with overseeing the marketing support and product development efforts required for this line of business.
