Spring provides strategic consulting services to Fortune 1000 employers, and insurance and
financial services organizations throughout the world. Our consulting team has extensive industry
experience in areas such as health care, life insurance, disability management retirement consulting
and actuarial services. In addition, the firm provides strategic consultation directly to employers on the
use of captive insurance facilities in the employee benefits area. Formerly the U.S. Strategy Consulting
unit of Watson Wyatt Insurance & Financial Services, Inc., Spring was founded by its management team.
The Spring organization is led by a management team that includes Karin Landry, John Cassell, Karen
English and Lou Valentino.
