Cambridge Advisory Group, Inc. (“Cambridge”) is a consulting firm consisting of approximately fifty professionals providing services in the design, implementation, and execution of compensation and benefits solutions. Our team is comprised of actuaries, accountants, attorneys, physicians, pharmacists and masters and doctorates in public health as well as administration and information system professionals. We provide our clients needed strategic, technical, and administrative expertise on a broad range of subjects in the areas of qualified and non-qualified compensation, health and welfare benefits, and retirement plan design, testing, and valuation. We have significant expertise in plan administration and auditing, organizational health and wellness, human resource information systems, compliance, and other pertinent matters.

Our clients include several large employers for whom we provide a series of both on- and off-site services. This includes a number of clients across multiple industries throughout the United States. The actual services provided vary by client but typically include program design, review and testing, vendor selection and management, financial risk and data analysis, legislative and market information, compliance review and testing, and overall risk management.
