Sales Executive position in a growing territory within the Employee Benefit space

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to develop and manage a network of partners in the Employee Benefits space.  This person will engage with Benefit Brokers within their territory to position isolved Benefit Services products. View Benefit Services & Offerings

At the end of the day, business is all about building & strengthening relationships. This territory has strong existing partnerships that we will assign to you on day one.  However, there is an incredible opportunity to grow and increase your sales potential.

Your goal & success will hinge on your ability to be a valuable resource to the brokers in your region.

Some of your days will be heavy on prospecting for new brokers, including phone, email, and face-to-face conversations.  You will work with your RVP as well as our Marketing and Sales Enablement team to find new relationships which will expand your overall income opportunity.

Other days you will focus on your existing relationships by being the subject matter expert, providing product demos, conducting training for their team, and ultimately helping them win new clients and retain the ones they have.

WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT

While you will be heavily supported by our teams in our various regional & corporate offices, you will spend your time between your home office and the offices of the brokers. This is a remote opportunity within your assigned territory! 



Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of the Employment Benefits World
  • Previous business development success
  • Amazing prospecting & relationship building skills
  • Ability to consistently deepen relationships
  • Strong communication skills... including written & verbal.
  • Previous Sales Success
  • Be coachable and enthusiastic
