As an Associate Actuary you will be part of our actuarial community where you gain a wide range of knowledge and experiences that can be leveraged throughout the Actuary’s career.
We want to hear from you today if you can
- Be responsible for broad general projects of complex problem solving.
- Use your experience in product development, valuation, asset liability management, pricing, modeling and other related actuarial work.
- Coordinate, prepare and perform actuarial analyses to be used in recommendations and reporting.
- Work with others to prepare actuarial responses and communicate results of actuarial research to business unit management.

- Work with senior leaders (both actuarial and non-actuarial leaders) on driving key business and actuarial goals.
- Utilize your communication and documentation skills to full present results (e.g., models) and allow others to fully understand the materiality of the results and assumptions made so proper actions can be taken.
- Work with actuarial units, finance teams, and Business units across the organization to understand stakeholder requirements.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or other quantitative field
- Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (ASA or FSA)
- 5+ years of progressively more responsible actuarial experience (post ASA) with Life & Retirement Insurance products
- Demonstrates high quality leadership, judgment, organization and prioritization skills.
- Highly detailed oriented with strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey complex mathematical and analytical concepts to various audiences.
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially Access and Excel
